Okay, maybe we’re biased but the first Cycling Plus Weekender – held last weekend at Shrigley Hall Hotel in the stunning Peak District – was a big success. Seventy-five riders were treated to advice from top cycling experts, inspiration and entertainment from a cycling legend and, best of all, some incredible riding.
Cycling legend Graeme Obree has launched his own sportive, to be held on the roads around Kilmarnock, in Scotland, on which he trained for his World Hour record attempts in the 1990s.
